Reflection
In the last two years, we have worked hard to provide critical health navigation, advocacy, and education services to patients, families, and community organizations. As we reach the exciting milestone of our second anniversary, please join us for a short walk down memory lane:
Looking Forward
The Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers are excited to begin year three of service! As we continue to support our communities, we also step closer to our vision of a healthcare system filled with educated and empowered patients.
With our focus on increasing services to community organizations, we hope to serve over 150 patients and add 5 new partners by September 1, 2024.
Ensuring that no patient, family, or community organization incurs a cost for our services, year three will bring additional corporate and business donors as well as recurring individual donors.
None of us, including me, ever do great things. But we can all do small
things, with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.

Remembrance
A+J Patient Advocacy was founded in 2021 in memory of Adrian Hanson and Julie Powers. We carry their passion for equity in healthcare, education, and society at large in everything we do.
In addition to our namesakes, A+J holds beloved clients Madison and Donald and their families close to our hearts.
A+J truly saved my life! Rebeka helped me apply for Medical and Food benefits
through her work at Comprehensive Treatment Center. I went to the doctor
about my leg pain and they discovered heart problems. Now I have the right
medication and am doing great.
