A+J Patient Advocacy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that provides its services free of charge to individuals, families, and community organizations. Fundraising is critical in continuing these services and we are in need of corporate sponsors, program sponsors, and recurring donors.

Benefits of Sponsorship
Each sponsor will have their name and logo on this webpage for the calendar year in which the sponsorship takes place. Single month (or single event) sponsors will receive (1) thank you post on social media and acknowledgement at the sponsored event or resource/program. Annual sponsors will receive (4) thank you posts on social media and acknowledgement at the sponsored event or resource/program. All sponsors will be acknowledged in our Annual Report which is issued in the first quarter of each year.
