In June 2020, PwC US Chair and Senior Partner Tim Ryan shared six actions PwC would take to stand up against racism, bias and discrimination. As part of that, we launched Skills for Society, a pro bono program that leverages our greatest asset — our people’s talent — to solve one of the greatest problems our nation faces: social injustice.
Through Skills for Society, we’re giving our people paid time to use the skills and experience they bring to client work to help nonprofits digitally transform and tackle operational challenges in order to help effectively address injustice. Systemic injustice is one of the greatest challenges of our time, as such we are focused on working with organizations on equity and access in education, healthcare, economic empowerment, public safety, civic engagement and climate.
