Information submitted via our patient portal is securely transmitted, meeting all health industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA. Information submitted via unsecured methods, such as text messages or unencrypted email, is not covered under this Privacy Policy.

Information, medical records, and secure communications between Officers and Clients are stored in our patient portal and meet all health industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
Sharing Your Information
A+J Patient Advocacy will only share your protected health information in a secure manner with your express permission. We may share your information to comply with your requests, the law, or court orders/subpoenas. We may share your information to prevent or report abuse, neglect, or domestic violence.
