A+J Patient Advocacy works with children, teens, and adults living with chronic illness. Siblings, spouses and partners, parents and guardians, and extended family and friends are always welcomed and encouraged to participate in our services.
Our advocate will 1) listen, 2) learn about your needs, and 3) create a plan to help you thrive. All services are fully customized to the unique needs of the patient and their family. We believe in a collaborative approach to healthcare and happily work with your medical team, social service providers, education team, and advocates in other fields. A+J also has several social service partnerships and will refer patients and families to additional community services as needed.
If you reside in Southern Nevada, our advocate will provide in-person services at the location that works best for you — your home, your doctor’s office, even the nearest coffee shop. If you are outside the area, our advocate will provide services via a virtual platform. No matter your location, you will have access to our Patient Portal which provides secure communication, document storage, and task organization.
