Our Mission

We are on a mission to prepare generations of patients and families to be informed health consumers, by providing free health navigation, advocacy, and education services to young people living with chronic illness. Promoting access to appropriate care for the most marginalized patients, increasing patient engagement, and proving knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes will guide us in reducing health disparities.

Guiding Principles

We believe that…

  • Every person should receive appropriate and timely healthcare, regardless of geography, income, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, sexual orientation, ability, diagnosis, or complexity of condition;
  • Health advocacy and health education services should remain accessible, equitable, and free for all patients and their families;
  • Spouses, partners, parents, guardians, siblings, extended family members, and other supportive individuals are important and encouraged to participate; and
  • Our work is not done until you, the patient, thrives.
