Code of Ethics
The profession of health care advocacy adheres to a strict Code of Ethics which are maintained, reviewed, and approved by the Coalition of Health Care Advocacy Organizations (CHCAO).
A+J Patient Advocacy adheres to this Code, including all Staff, Board of Directors, Advisory Panelists, and Volunteers. As part of their signed service agreement with the organization, all A+J members are held to this Code.

- Best Practices and Professional Education
- Fostering Informed Decision Making
- Professional Conduct

If at any time you feel as though a representative of A+J has violated the Code of Ethics, please make a formal complaint to the Patient Advocacy Certification Board as soon as possible.
